Terms of Use

Effective September 18, 2026

These terms govern your use of drone-rise.com. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Website information only

Website content is general information and does not constitute a binding quote, contract, engineering opinion, survey, roof inspection, insurance assessment, or legal advice. A service engagement begins only after Drone-Rise and the customer agree to a written scope, price, schedule, and any additional terms.

Drone operations and availability

All operations are subject to applicable Federal Aviation Administration rules, airspace authorization, pilot judgment, weather, site conditions, property access, safety requirements, equipment availability, and other operational limits. Requested dates, flight paths, angles, or deliverables are not guaranteed until confirmed in writing. Flights may be delayed, modified, or canceled when reasonably required for safety or compliance.

Licensed professional services

Aerial imagery and data do not by themselves constitute engineering, surveying, inspection, appraisal, or other licensed professional conclusions. Any such interpretation is provided only when expressly included in writing and performed by an appropriately licensed professional.

Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate project information and have authority to request the work. Unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for lawful site access, identifying known hazards and sensitive areas, and obtaining permissions under your control. You may not use the website to violate law, interfere with security, submit harmful code, impersonate another person, or infringe others’ rights.

Intellectual property

The Drone-Rise name, logo, website design, text, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Drone-Rise. You may not copy, republish, or commercially exploit them without permission. Ownership and permitted use of project deliverables will be governed by the applicable written service agreement.

Third-party material

The website may contain licensed stock media or links to third-party services. Those materials and services remain subject to their respective owners’ terms. Drone-Rise is not responsible for third-party websites.

Disclaimer and limitation

The website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drone-Rise disclaims implied warranties relating to the website and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from website use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any separate service agreement may contain different dispute terms that control that engagement.

Changes

We may update these terms as the website or services develop. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
